At RizLiner, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Period
Returns may be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or modified.
- The product should include all original components.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
Installed or Used Products
Products that have been opened, installed, or temporarily placed in a vehicle for fitment verification may still be eligible for return, provided they remain in good condition and show no signs of damage.
Products returned with damage, excessive wear, modifications, missing components, or conditions that prevent resale may not be eligible for a refund.
RizLiner reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.
Incorrect Vehicle Selection
If an incorrect vehicle year, make, model, or trim level was selected during purchase, returns are generally accepted within the applicable return period.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before placing an order if they have compatibility questions.
Free Return Shipping
RizLiner provides free return shipping for approved returns.
Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions once the return request has been approved.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
To assist with resolution, we may request:
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- The order number
Once reviewed, RizLiner will work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or other corrective action.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
