RizLiner currently ships throughout the United States.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located at:

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.
Shipping Carriers
RizLiner utilizes trusted shipping providers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and operational requirements.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Alaska & Hawaii
We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Additional transit time may apply depending on destination and carrier availability.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
Due to the size and dimensions of certain products, shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may not always be available.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order if shipping to one of these address types.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.
Lost Packages
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first verify delivery details with household members, neighbors, property management, or others who may have accepted the package.
If the package remains missing, please contact RizLiner. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should contact RizLiner within seven (7) days of delivery.
Photographs of both the packaging and product may be requested.
RizLiner will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
